Robotic shot blasting machine with satellite table – 100% automation

The robotic shot blasting machine with a satellite table enables fully automated shot blasting designed for complex, precise and repeatable industrial operations. The system is based on a table-type shot blasting machine in which the satellites rotate through three main stations:

1. loading / unloading,
2. first shotblasting stage,
3. second shotblasting stage.

In front of the machine, an additional trough is installed where the robot rotates the workpieces and removes residual abrasive, ensuring complete cleanliness and flawless surface preparation for further processing.

This type of machine is ideal for industries that require:

E-ECO shot blasting turbines

• a linear stepper cylinder for precise abrasive flow regulation,
• turbine flow adjustment via a flow meter,
• constant abrasive flow maintained throughout the entire process.
