Screw conveyors for bulk and non-sticky materials

At Siapro, we design, manufacture and install screw conveyors for all types of bulk and non-sticky materials. They are manufactured from stainless steel (inox), carbon steel, or a combination of both, depending on process requirements and material abrasiveness.

The conveyors are adapted to your system:

• single-speed or multi-speed operation,
• drives with or without gear reducers,
• horizontal, inclined or vertical conveying.

The screw flight is manufactured in the following designs:

depending on the material and required capacity. Upon request, we perform calculation and dimensioning of the snail conveyor to ensure optimal material flow.
