Funding obtained under the Call for Proposals for Incentives for Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025)

Siapro d.o.o. has successfully applied for the Public Call for Incentives for Digital Transformation of SMEs (P4D 2025) with the project Digital Transformation of SIAPRO d.o.o.!

SIAPRO d.o.o. operates in the engineering, mechanical engineering and renewable energy sectors. We will introduce paperless business with digital platforms, which will reduce paper consumption. Digital twins will optimise the production of blast machines and hydroelectric power plants, reducing raw material and energy consumption. Smart logistics with digital inventory tracking will reduce excess inventories and fuel consumption. Remote maintenance with remote diagnostics will reduce technician travel. The business model will be enhanced with digitally-enabled products such as smart controllers for blast turbines and services such as predictive maintenance. Training will strengthen employees' digital competences to work with analytical tools and automation. The impact will be to reduce the environmental impact of the business, improve customer flexibility and strengthen market position.

The Digital Transformation project aims to:

• achieving material and energy efficiency in production processes,
• increase productivity,
• digitisation and optimisation of business and production processes,
• improving the customer experience,
• raising the level of cybersecurity,
• introducing Industry 4.0 into the production process,
• Raising the digital culture of employees through training,
• reducing the environmental footprint,
• higher value added per employee.

The period of eligibility is from 01.10.2024 to 20.02.2026.

The total value of the project is €224,751.82.

The EU co-financing of the project amounts to: € 66.487,99.

The operation is part-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.
