Wire blasting machine WRC 30

The WRC 30 shot blasting machine is designed for efficient and reliable wire shot blasting and surface preparation for further production processes. It is equipped with four energy-efficient E.ECO turbines with a power of 4 x 22 kW, which ensure high performance and uniform processing quality.

Abrasive flow guides are installed upstream of the turbines, which optimize abrasive distribution and increase sandblasting efficiency. The entire blasting chamber is protected with wear-resistant tool steel, ensuring a long service life for the equipment, even in demanding working conditions.

For precise and reliable abrasive dosing, solenoid valves are integrated, enabling optimal process control and stable blasting results.
