Production Automation

At Siapro, we design and manufacture advanced systems for automation, robotization and digitalization of production, fully adapted to customer requirements. We implement both small-scale and large-scale projects, ranging from individual machines to complex industrial production lines.

This project represents a fully automated operation of a machine for micro-peening of metal leaf springs. After several years of operation, the existing Siapro machine was:

• upgraded for 100% automatic operation,
• designed according to a custom-made concept, including machine and robotic equipment,
• delivered to the customer as a turnkey solution.

As the robot and machine handle heavy metal springs, the key objectives were to:

• establish a fully automated process,
• eliminate the need for manual labour,
• ensure safety, stability and repeatability of the process.

This project is one of our reference examples of automation involving complex handling of heavy metal workpieces.

For the railway sector, we developed an automatic system for filling locomotives with quartz sand.

The solution includes:

• engineering design,
• technological solution development,
• manufacturing and system integration,
• turnkey project execution.

The system was developed in response to specific railway requirements and enables:

• safe, fast and reliable filling of locomotives,
• reduction of manual labour,
• optimized handling of abrasive material,
• improved operational efficiency.

This fully automated stainless steel machine is designed for powdering rubber products, primarily for the automotive industry.

The machine performs key functions:

• automatic powder spraying,
• robotic inspection of powdering quality,
• robotic re-powdering when required,
• automatic part counting,
• automatic packaging (defined number of parts per box),
• powder regeneration for reuse.

The entire process operates without manual intervention, resulting in:

• reduced labour costs,
• improved product quality,
• increased traceability and repeatability.
