Continuous flow shotblasting machines with hanging hooks

SIAPRO continuous flow shotblasting machines with hanging hooks are designed for shotblasting large quantities of suspended workpieces in a continuous process. They are suitable for various metal components such as:

During the shotblasting process, the workpieces rotate and move within the range of the shotblasting turbines, ensuring:

Solid construction for long service life

• housing made of thick manganese steel plates,
• the shotblasting section additionally protected with wear-resistant manganese steel liners,
• designed for long-term operation under intensive loads.

Optimal abrasive recycling and low emissions

• innovative abrasive cleaners, optionally with magnetic separator,
• optimal abrasive cleaning for high shotblasting speed,
• dust emissions < 3 mg/m³, compliant with the strictest European regulations.

PLC control and process automation
