ECO-DRY mechanical cleaning of steel strips – without the use of acids

ECO-DRY is an advanced line for acid-free mechanical cleaning of hot- and cold-rolled steel strips, designed for industries that want to completely eliminate hazardous chemicals while simultaneously improving surface quality.

The system uses shotblasting with high-efficiency E-ECO turbines and enables strip processing at speeds of 25–60 m/min. After treatment, the surface is uniform, smooth and resistant to corrosion.
