E-ECO SHOTBLASTING TURBINES

E-ECO shotblasting turbines are 100% manufactured in Slovenia, under strictly controlled production and high-quality standards. They are designed for the most demanding industrial processes, where high productivity, low energy consumption and minimal maintenance costs are essential.

E-ECO turbines can be installed on shotblasting machines from various manufacturers, and the entire range of industrial shotblasting applications is covered with only three turbine sizes.

CPMT (Complete Process Monitoring Technology) is a unique technology for full real-time control of the shotblasting process. It enables integration into new or existing shotblasting machines and production lines.

Advantages of the CPMT system:

• precise automatic abrasive dosing (AAD)
• PID control with cabinet-mounted control equipment
• advanced measurements for the most demanding applications (micro-peening, mechanical etching)

E-ECO turbines are also available for monthly rental, suitable for machines from all manufacturers. This service is new to the Slovenian market and includes:

• turbine rental
• wear parts
• 2× annual on-site turbine servicing

The initial installation is charged separately.

The minimum rental period is 30 days or 170 shotblasting hours per month.

The promotion is valid for the territory of Slovenia.
