FILTRATION AND ATEX FILTERS

At Siapro, we manufacture all key components for industrial filtration systems, including ATEX solutions for explosive atmospheres. All production is carried out in modern, fully equipped manufacturing centers, ensuring complete quality control and fast delivery.

Our production includes:

Siapro filtration systems are designed for reliable operation, long service life and high dust removal efficiency across various industries (metal processing, foundries, woodworking, energy, shotblasting, grinding, etc.).

Siapro filtration units are divided into four main groups, ranging from compact units to large industrial dust extraction systems:

1. Cartridge filters (details below)

Most commonly used for plasma cutting, shotblasting, welding and workplace dust extraction.

2. Bag filters

Larger industrial filters for foundries, woodworking and applications with high dust loads.

3. Pocket filters

Large dust extraction units with capacities up to 80,000 m³/h, suitable for demanding and continuous processes.

4. Wet filters

For applications where dry filtration is difficult to implement or where additional safety is required.

Cartridge filters are ideal for dust extraction and filtration across many industries. They are designed to provide high efficiency, low emissions, quiet operation and easy maintenance.

How do they work?

Contaminated air enters the filter through a pre-chamber where larger particles are separated. The air then passes through the cartridges, which retain the dust. The cartridges are cleaned with compressed air, ensuring long-term and stable operation.
