The robotic shotblasting machine with a satellite table enables fully automated shotblasting designed for complex, precise and repeatable industrial operations. The system is based on a table-type shotblasting machine in which the satellites rotate through three main stations:

  1. loading / unloading,
  2. first shotblasting stage,
  3. second shotblasting stage.

In front of the machine, an additional trough is installed where the robot rotates the workpieces and removes residual abrasive, ensuring complete cleanliness and flawless surface preparation for further processing.

This type of machine is ideal for industries that require:

  • full repeatability,
  • the highest surface quality,
  • minimal manual labour,
  • precise process control.

The robotic solution provides a high level of flexibility regarding workpiece shapes and sizes.

E-ECO turbines and AAD control – technology for maximum efficiency

E-ECO shotblasting turbines

The machine is equipped with high-performance E-ECO turbines based on concavely shaped blades. Advantages include:

  • optimal abrasive intake and acceleration,
  • minimal abrasive degradation,
  • maximum energy transfer from the motor to the abrasive,
  • exceptional wear resistance.

Years of development have resulted in a blade material that extends service life by up to 10× compared to conventional turbine systems.

AAD – automatic abrasive dosing

The latest generation of AAD (Automatic Abrasive Dosing) systems includes:

  • a linear stepper cylinder for precise abrasive flow regulation,
  • turbine flow adjustment via a flow meter,
  • constant abrasive flow maintained throughout the entire process.

Advantages of AAD:

  • improved control of the shotblasting process,
  • extended turbine service life,
  • reduced abrasive consumption,
  • more stable and repeatable results.
