Tunnel shotblasting machines

Siapro tunnel shotblasting machines are designed for serial shotblasting of large quantities of suspended workpieces. They are suitable for:

• castings,
• small metal parts,
• forged components,
• gratings and other elements,
• products that require rotation and movement during shotblasting.

During the process, the workpieces move through the shotblasting tunnel, where the turbines thoroughly clean them from all directions. The system enables efficient and repeatable processing at medium and high production volumes.

Industrial construction made of manganese steel

• housing manufactured from solid manganese steel plates,
• the shotblasting section additionally protected with wear-resistant manganese steel liners,
• design suitable for long-term operation and intensive loads.

High efficiency and low emissions

1. innovative abrasive cleaners – with or without magnetic separator,
2. optimal abrasive recycling for high shotblasting speed,
3. dust emissions < 3 mg/m³, compliant with the strictest EU standards.

PLC control and process automation

• The PLC control panel allows:
  • precise control of blasting parameters,
  • automatic programmed cycles,
  • repeatable results on every pass,
  • diagnostics and performance optimisation.

Customisable hanging system

Tunnel shotblasting machines can be configured according to:

• workpiece dimensions,
• load capacity of the conveyor system,
