Sustainable Solutions

The Siapro mobile sorting line enables automated separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, aluminium, slag and other metal waste. The line is designed as a complete mobile solution that can be quickly relocated and adapted to different locations and processes.

Key features:

• capacity of approximately 5 t/h (depending on the material),
• separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals: aluminium, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, tin …
• recovery of secondary raw materials for reuse in production,
• efficient processing of residues from foundry processes (e.g. aluminium slag),
• welded and bolted, robust construction,
• mobility: conveyor with forklift pockets, wheeled chassis, hydraulic adjustment of inclination.

The technology enables sustainable waste management, cost reduction and increased value of recycled materials.

Siapro has developed and manufactured fully automated equipment for cutting waste truck and passenger car tyres, which is installed in European recycling centres.

It is a unique solution that includes:

• 100% in-house development by Siapro engineers,
• robust construction for continuous industrial operation,
• automated cutting and handling processes,
• suitability for new (greenfield) recycling plants.

The equipment is intended for companies implementing modern recycling technologies and aiming to reduce waste from the tyre industry.
