Vibratory Conveyors

Siapro vibratory conveyors are manufactured from steel plates and designed for long-term, stable and quiet operation. The conveying trough is mounted on the structure via springs, enabling uniform vibration and precise control of the conveying process.

The bottom of the trough can be lined with various wear-resistant materials, depending on the type of handled material:

HARDOX – for abrasive materials and high mechanical loads
Plastic / PE – for materials requiring lower wear and quieter operation
Rubber – for impact damping and noise reduction

The conveyor structure is fully customized according to production requirements, material type and available space.
