We will introduce paperless business with digital platforms, which will reduce paper consumption. Digital twins will optimise the production of blast machines and hydroelectric power plants, reducing raw material and energy consumption. Smart logistics with digital inventory tracking will reduce excess inventories and fuel consumption. Remote maintenance with remote diagnostics will reduce technician travel. The business model will be enhanced with digitally-enabled products such as smart controllers for blast turbines and services such as predictive maintenance. Training will strengthen employees' digital competences to work with analytical tools and automation.
