After several years of operation, the existing Siapro machine was:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1435\" class=\"translation-block\">upgraded for 100% automatic operation,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1506\" class=\"translation-block\">designed according to a custom-made concept, including machine and robotic equipment,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1549\" class=\"translation-block\">delivered to the customer as a turnkey solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1640\" class=\"translation-block\">As the robot and machine handle heavy metal springs, the key objectives were to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1691\" class=\"translation-block\">establish a fully automated process,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1733\">eliminate the need for manual labour,<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1791\">ensure safety, stability and repeatability of the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1793\" data-end=\"1904\">This project is one of our reference examples of automation involving complex handling of heavy metal workpieces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div
