Continuous cast iron casting line for permanent molds, 10–15 t/h – new foundry equipment

The complete project included design, supply, and commissioning of the process with the following foundry equipment: belt conveyor, permanent mold casting system, cooling tunnel, extraction ducting, pneumatic decoring hammer, graphitizing unit, and weighing system. A permanent mold (kokila) is a metal mold used for casting a wide range of castings intended for serial production.
