The machine, manufactured for a customer in Slovenia, is designed with future upgrades in mind. It currently enables manual operation while offering full flexibility for potential robotic enhancements. It is intended for surface hardening of gears and shafts and is equipped with two Siapro E.ECO turbines with a power of 11 kW, as well as high-tech components such as the AAD valve, AAF system, and a frequency inverter, ensuring precise control and reliable performance.
The machine is designed for high productivity—it allows simultaneous loading of three products and can accommodate up to twelve products at once. This ensures exceptional efficiency, increased workflow capacity, and significantly reduced processing time, placing it among the most advanced solutions in the field of shot peening.
