RB 800x800 blast machine with conveyor systems in operation in France

This machine is equipped with four E.ECO blasting turbines, size 320, each with a power of 15 kW. In addition, it includes frequency converters, a magnetic separator, an air-blowing system, and a vibrating conveyor installed directly beneath the turbines. The machine is designed for blasting thirteen different products, each weighing five tons. During the blasting process, a large amount of abrasive material accumulates on the products and must be efficiently removed. Larger abrasive particles fall onto the conveyor belt, so a special sliding chute is installed underneath it to ensure their reliable removal. A video of the machine in operation is available.

Due to the large amount of abrasive material, the machine is also equipped with a magnetic separator. This removes most of the abrasive from the system and directs it via a conveyor into the Big Bag waste bag. The machine also includes a loading ramp which allows easy transfer of products onto the roller conveyor.

The entire machine is fully enclosed with safety fences to ensure safe operation. In addition, it is equipped with a complete dust extraction system including a filter, cyclone, HEPA filter and a chimney for exhausting the room air. The dimensions of the machine are: length 20,5 m, width 20 m and height 7,5 m.
