Roller conveyor shot blasting machine RC 2500x900

The shot blasting machine developed and manufactured by Siapro represents a top-level custom-made solution for surface treatment. It is equipped with our E.ECO high-efficiency blasting turbines, which ensure exceptional performance and low energy consumption.

Shot blasting machine RB 800x800 with conveying systems

The RB 800x800 shot blasting machine in France is equipped with four 15 kW turbines, a magnetic separator, a dedusting system, and a vibrating conveyor. It is designed for blasting 13 products of 5 tons each. The abrasive is removed via a sliding chute and a Big Bag system. The machine is fully enclosed, equipped with a loading ramp, and features advanced filtration. Dimensions: 20.5 × 20 × 7.5 m.

The purpose of the machine is to blast very complex, large, and heavy workpieces. The blasting cycle lasts eight minutes. For exceptionally efficient blasting, Siapro’s E-ECO technology is used. The machine is equipped with five 37 kW E-ECO turbines. It is fully manufactured in Slovenia and meets all EU standards. This is a high-quality and robust machine.

We present a Siapro reference from a Scandinavian country – an advanced shot blasting machine with integrated robotic technology, fully designed and manufactured in our own production. This solution, developed for the industry of the future, sets new standards in precision, automation, and efficiency.

A machine for advanced shot-peening technology with the option for robotic upgrade

Our machine, built for a customer in Slovenia, is designed for both today and the future: manual operation now, with full compatibility for robotic upgrades later. It is equipped with advanced shot-peening technology, two Siapro E.ECO turbines (11 kW), and top-quality AAD and AAF components, along with a frequency regulator. It allows loading three products at the same time and can hold up to 12 pieces, significantly increasing productivity and throughput.
